Shipping Policy for Jamie’s Creations

This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered by Jamie’s Creations. Jamie’s Creations is based in Catawba, North Carolina, USA and ships both within the United States and internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. Personalized and customized orders may take up to 5 business days to process before shipping. Processing time begins after payment is confirmed and after all required personalization details have been received.
Shipping Methods
Jamie’s Creations ships using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping method selection may depend on destination, package size, order contents, and the service available at checkout.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available for local orders only. If local pickup is offered for your order, pickup instructions and availability will be provided after the order is placed.
Domestic Shipping
Orders shipping within the United States will be sent to the shipping address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. Jamie’s Creations is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered by the customer.
International Shipping
Jamie’s Creations ships internationally. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or similar charges required by their country. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless otherwise stated at checkout. International delivery times may be longer because of customs processing and carrier delays.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times vary based on destination, carrier, weather, holidays, customs processing, and other factors outside the control of Jamie’s Creations. Any estimated delivery date shown at checkout is only an estimate and is not a guarantee. Once a package is transferred to the shipping carrier, Jamie’s Creations no longer controls transit time.
Tracking Information
When available, tracking information will be provided after the order ships. Some carrier updates may be delayed, especially for international packages or during peak shipping periods. If tracking appears stalled, the customer may need to allow additional time for carrier updates to appear.
Shipping Responsibility
Jamie’s Creations is not responsible for delays, misdelivery, or lost packages caused by USPS, FedEx, UPS, customs authorities, or any other third-party shipping provider. If a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, the customer should first check the shipping address, mailbox, front porch, neighbors, and any delivery notices left by the carrier.
Address Changes
Customers should double-check their shipping address before submitting an order. If an address change is requested after an order has been placed, Jamie’s Creations will try to assist when possible, but changes cannot be guaranteed once processing has started. If an order ships to an incorrect address entered by the customer, additional shipping fees may apply to reship the order.
Incorrect or Returned Packages
If a package is returned to Jamie’s Creations because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, refusal, or non-collection, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the package. If the customer chooses not to have the order resent, any refund will be handled according to the Refund Policy.
Shipping Delays
Weather events, peak holiday seasons, customs inspections, carrier backlogs, mechanical issues, and other delays may affect delivery speed. Jamie’s Creations is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing. If a delay occurs, the customer should track the shipment with the carrier and contact the carrier first when appropriate.
