Welcome to Jamie’s Creations. These Terms of Service govern your use of the Jamie’s Creations website and any purchases made through the store. By visiting the site or purchasing from Jamie’s Creations, customers agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Shopify provides standard legal and policy tools for merchants, but store policies should be customized to reflect the merchant’s actual business practices and order terms.

Jamie’s Creations is based in Catawba, North Carolina, USA and offers physical products for customers in the United States and internationally. Products may include sublimation tumblers, blankets, apparel, home goods, accessories, and other sublimation-based items. Some products are handmade in-house, while others may be fulfilled through print-on-demand partners. Store policies for custom fulfillment, shipping, and returns should clearly reflect how products are made and delivered

By using this site, customers represent that they are at least the age of majority in their state, province, or country of residence, or that they have given permission for a minor dependent to use the site under their supervision. Customers may not use Jamie’s Creations products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, and they may not violate any applicable laws in their jurisdiction while using the service. Products and Customization
Jamie’s Creations sells physical products only. Many items are made to order, and most items may be customized upon request. Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details, including names, dates, monograms, wording, sizes, colors, and personalization instructions entered in the cart notes before submitting an order.
If a customer provides incorrect personalization information, Jamie’s Creations is not responsible for that error once production has begun. Orders created using customer-provided spelling or details will be produced exactly as submitted unless otherwise clarified before production. Because customized products are created based on customer instructions, stores often limit refunds or replacements when the customer supplies incorrect personalization details.

Processing Times
Standard non-personalized orders generally require up to 3 business days for processing before shipment. Personalized or customized orders may require up to 5 business days before shipment. Processing times may vary during holidays, high-volume sales periods, or in cases involving order clarification.

Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. Jamie’s Creations accepts major credit cards and debit cards through the checkout process. Applicable sales tax will be collected where required by law. Shopify merchants commonly disclose accepted payment methods and tax collection practices within their store policies.

Shipping
Jamie’s Creations ships orders using USPS, FedEx, and UPS. Shipping options available at checkout may vary based on destination, package size, and order contents. Local pickup may be offered for qualifying local orders.
Jamie’s Creations ships to both U.S. and international customers. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, or other charges imposed by their country. International orders often require a clear statement that duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside the direct control of Jamie’s Creations. Jamie’s Creations is not responsible for carrier delays, weather disruptions, customs delays, or delivery issues caused by USPS, FedEx, UPS, or other third-party shipping providers.

Cancellations
Customers may request cancellation within 1 day of placing an order, provided production has not yet started. Once an order has entered production, especially for handmade, print-on-demand, or personalized items, it may no longer be eligible for cancellation. Return and cancellation policies are typically more limited for custom or made-to-order goods.

Returns and Refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by the Jamie’s Creations Refund Policy, which should be read together with these Terms of Service. Non-personalized physical items may be returned within 15 days of delivery if they are returned in unused condition and in original packaging, subject to approval under the Refund Policy. Personalized and customized items are final sale unless they arrive damaged or incorrect due to an error by Jamie’s Creations.

Color and Product Variation
Jamie’s Creations makes every effort to display products as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to screen settings, monitor differences, printer output, handmade production methods, fabric or substrate variations, and lighting in product photography. Stores selling handmade and custom products commonly disclose that slight variation may occur between listing images and the delivered product.

Accuracy of Information
Customers are responsible for providing accurate billing, shipping, and contact information at checkout. Jamie’s Creations reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized activity, abusive conduct, or inaccurate order information is suspected. Shopify-focused legal guidance commonly recommends reserving the right to refuse service in cases involving fraud or misuse.

Prohibited Conduct
Customers may not use the store, contact forms, messaging systems, or social channels associated with Jamie’s Creations for abusive, threatening, fraudulent, defamatory, or harassing behavior. Jamie’s Creations reserves the right to cancel orders, refuse future service, or respond to improper chargebacks and fraudulent claims through the appropriate payment processor or legal channels.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jamie’s Creations shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site, the purchase of products, shipping delays, or customer-provided personalization errors. Jamie’s Creations’ total liability for any claim relating to a product or order shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Changes to Terms
